1. General Policy – No Returns or Cancellations on Artworks
Due to the nature of the products (original art, prints, and made-to-order items), we do not accept returns, offer refunds, or allow order cancellations once a purchase is confirmed.

We encourage you to read all product descriptions and review images carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a piece before buying, please contact us here.

2. Exceptions – Statutory Consumer Rights
Under Irish law, you may be entitled to certain remedies in specific circumstances. These include:

2.1. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2022.

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

  • We will cover return shipping costs in the case of proven defects or errors.

2.2. Right to Cancel for Certain Products
Under the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013, customers may have a 14-day "cooling-off period" for cancelling an order made online. However, this right does not apply to:

  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Original artworks made to order or commissioned pieces

  • Digital downloads once delivery has begun with your consent
     

Most items in our store fall under these exemptions, and cancellations are not permitted after the order is processed.

3. Return Procedure (Where Applicable)
If your item qualifies for a return under Section 2, follow these steps:

  • Contact us here, with your order number and reason for return.

  • If approved, we will provide return instructions.
     

Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the next steps (repair, replacement, or refund).

Returns must be received in original condition and packaging.
 

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error: We will cover all return shipping costs.

  • If no fault is found: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, and refunds will not be issued.
